This home completed in 2008 acheived one of the highest point totals available at the time with Austin Energy Green Building.  It was also the focus of Austin Energy's Cool house tour.  Among other cool design features, we salvaged the douglas fir framing from the original home on the lot, and re-milled it into all of the case work and wood flooring in the home.  Architectural design by Smith Holt.
